Founded in 1961 by Cosimo and Antoinette Lombardo, Lombardo Homes remains one the nation’s leading residential developers and builders. Their sincere commitment to workmanship, customer satisfaction and personalized hands-on approach has now been passed on to the second generation of Lombardo’s. Involved in the family business Anthony Lombardo, President, sister Anna Lisa, Corporate Controller, Cathy, Director of Property Management and brother Sebastian, Vice President , honor the commitment to quality and customer satisfaction instilled by their parents.
Nearly 50 ago Lombardo Homes built its first single-family subdivision in Michigan, building one of the largest land development and building entities within Macomb County. Lombardo quickly expanded into land acquisition, land development, lot sales to other builders, purchasing developed lots from other developers and focusing on very unique markets, which has provided steady growth for nearly 50 years. This diversity has become a very important part to our strength, providing us the ability to service the ever-changing market. In addition, a rental portfolio that includes apartments, manufactured home communities, single-family homes and office/commercial buildings further strengthens our foundation.

Extreme Makeover
While the Extreme Makeover: Home Edition design team, local builders American Heartland Homebuilder and Lombardo Homes, contractors and hundreds of workers and volunteers are building a new house for the Gilliam family, the family will go on vacation to Hilton Sandestin Florida. On this episode, the house is built in the fastest time ever in the show’s history—in 53 hours and 54 minutes—which is half the show’s normal build time!
