We would like to tell you about a few things that we do!
Promise for a Promise: Lombardo Homes agrees to substantially complete the Residence, subject to the completion of punchlist construction items, and provide a temporary or final certificate of occupancy prior to the scheduled Closing date, subject to extension by Builder for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. shortage of materials, labor strikes and natural disasters).
If Lombardo Homes does not provide the certificate of occupancy prior to the scheduled Closing date, we will pay Purchaser $150.00 per day until we receive the temporary or final certificate of occupancy.
In return, Purchaser is required to meet the scheduled Closing date and time.
If Purchaser moves the Closing to another day and time beyond what Lombardo Homes has set or otherwise fails to close on the scheduled Closing date, Purchaser agrees to pay Builder $150.00 per day until the closing occurs.

We believe financial stability IS the cornerstone of sound business.
That is why we do not finance vertical construction costs against our homesite.
As a result, we can guarantee that every home we construct comes with Mechanical Lien Coverage giving your client the confidence they need to move into their new Lombardo Home free of those worries and giving you as their trusted advisor, the confidence to recommend Lombardo Homes.
Competitive Commissions: Lombardo Homes fully recognizes the value of our local Real Estate Partners and as a result we pay 3% co-op with a smile and a thank you!
Our Sales Managers will make it fast and easy for you to earn your commission. Just register your client (on or before their first visit) by completing our Broker Registration Agreement at each community visited. When your client signs a Purchase Agreement, complete and submit our Commission Request Form and a W-9 Form. Your commission check will be given to you at the closing table.
